We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI Lab!

Our AI Lab is transforming how businesses interact with their customers through cutting-edge AI technologies. In just 6 months, we've shipped AI features that are used daily by thousands of customers. We move fast, ship quality, and push boundaries.

Your Impact At Brevo

• Build personalization systems that adapt our platform to each customer's unique context and needs
• Optimize RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval, embedding strategies, and multi-modal data processing
• Deploy ML models to production using Kubernetes and modern MLOps practices on GCP
• Create intelligent targeting models for audience selection and content optimization
• Monitor and measure impact of AI features, ensuring ROI and performance standards
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and prototype new AI capabilities
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Python experience in production environments
• Strong experience with LLMs and RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization)
• Proven track record deploying and monitoring ML models at scale
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
• Ability to work with diverse data types (text, web content, structured data)

• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
