Remote Learning Technology Specialist (Contractor)

Location: Remote (CET timezone)

Duration: 12 months (extension possible)

About the Role

We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical company in their search for a Learning Technology Specialist to support business-as-usual activities across their enterprise learning systems.

This position offers full remote flexibility within the CET time zone and the opportunity to work in a regulated, validated GxP environment, ensuring learning systems operate seamlessly, efficiently, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct OQ/PQ testing, validation, and audit trails in line with GxP and QA standards
• Support feature deployment, risk assessments, and release coordination
• Analyze learning data and build stakeholder reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Partner with HR, IT, and L&D teams to ensure system accuracy and alignment
• Configure learning catalogs, manage user enablement, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Learning & Development, or similar
• Experience: 3+ years in learning systems, process automation, or digital learning environments
• Technical Skills:
• LMS/LXP administration (Degreed, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.)
• Automation tools (Power Automate, Excel macros)
• Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• HTML understanding (basic content updates in HR or L&D portals)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and project coordination

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting validated learning systems (GxP) within Life Sciences or Pharma
• Understanding of compliance documentation and validation frameworks
• Hands-on exposure to global learning platforms or cloud ecosystems
