QA Integration Tester

We are looking for an Integration Tester to join our QA team. This role will focus on testing the integration of the RegDesk platform with our clients’ internal systems and third-party tools. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless data exchange and smooth performance across all connected environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute integration test cases for RegDesk’s product and client systems
• Verify end-to-end data flow, APIs, and system interoperability
• Identify, document, and track integration-related defects to resolution
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and client implementation teams to validate requirements and integration logic
• Participate in regression and post-deployment testing
• Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on integration or API testing
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system communication flows
• Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing client integrations or SaaS platform integrations
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Newman, Cypress, REST Assured)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment
