We are partnering with a leading professional skincare Brand to find a Social Media Manager who lives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and education.

This is not a typical “content posting” role. Social media is an extension of the brand’s professional education, designed to empower estheticians, elevate skin science, and build loyalty through meaningful, insight-driven storytelling.

In this role, you’ll:

• Own and evolve platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Create and capture social-first content (Reels, Stories, Lives) from classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Engage authentically with a professional esthetics community, fostering education and loyalty.
• Analyze performance, track ROI, and report actionable insights.
• Partner with creative, education, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and elevate storytelling.
• Identify, brief, and manage influencer and creator campaigns that align with professional goals.

You’ll thrive if you:

✔️ Have proven experience managing and growing brand social accounts (bonus if in professional skincare or beauty).

✔️ Understand the difference between treatment room and retail audiences.

✔️ Are skilled in Canva/Adobe, analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.), and confident creating quick-turn content.

✔️ Can manage influencer/UGC programs and leverage social commerce tools.

✔️ Are a natural educator who values authenticity over trends.

This is a remote role with light travel to events and activations.
