Everest People Solutions is the largest independently-owned recruiter devoted solely to the UK & Irelands food production and manufacturing industry. We work with some of the UK’s largest food producers serving the wholesale, retail and food service sectors, helping them to attract, hire and keep the people they need to ensure quality, fulfil demand, and encourage growth. We source staff at all levels from trainee through to management, and fill permanent, temporary and interim roles. We recruit production operatives and skilled workers, including butchers, de-boners, trimmers, slaughterhouse workers, fish fillers, poultry processors, quality technicians, production technicians, engineers and engineering technicians. Thanks to our genuine passion for the industry, robust networks, and excellent relationships, we have access to a pool of ready-to-work candidates in the UK and overseas. We recruit locally, nationally and internationally, with particular expertise in bringing skilled workers into the UK through the Skilled Worker Visa route. We provide organisations that already have their sponsorship licence with access to skilled workers in Europe, Asia, Latin and Central America, and support businesses new to the process to apply for their licence. We offer an end-to-end service, with feasibility studies carried out initially at site for customers needing advice on what they must consider and do to comply with the visa’s requirements. We have been relocating skilled workers into the UK since 2019 and have built robust processes that we know work for employers and employees alike, as well as a full package of support to help those relocating from overseas find somewhere to live and integrate into life in the UK.
