Bay Colony Search is a retained search firm that partners with a select client list of private equity firms and their portfolio companies throughout the US. Most of our clients are small to mid-size companies that are going through a growth phase or are in the midst of succession planning. We have worked with clients to place one high level candidate and at other times we have worked with clients to place multiple candidates in different departments throughout the organization.
