Position: Head of Marketing – Lead Generation Strategy (Facebook & Google Ads)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)


About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, growth-focused Head of Marketing with a strong background in performance marketing and paid media, specifically across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Facebook/Meta Ads.


In this leadership role, you will define and execute data-driven lead generation strategies that drive high-quality acquisition across multiple regions and verticals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals, scale digital funnels, and continuously improve campaign ROI.


This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on optimization, while managing budgets, creative testing, and audience targeting at a high level.


Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the overall lead generation strategy across paid media platforms (Google, Meta).

Develop and manage multi-channel acquisition campaigns, focusing on lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

Oversee funnel development and audience segmentation strategies for both B2C and/or high-ticket B2B offerings.

Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to shape compelling messaging, ad assets, and landing page experiences.

Design testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) and conversion optimization roadmaps.

Report on performance with actionable insights, forecasting models, and budget allocation recommendations.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and innovations in ad tech, AI, and marketing automation.


What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles, with at least 2+ years in a strategic or leadership capacity.

Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with meaningful budgets across Google & Facebook ecosystems.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Experience with multi-market lead gen, preferred in industries like luxury, education, digital services, fashion, or high-ticket B2C.

Exceptional ability to connect data, strategy, and creative direction.

Background in working with or managing agencies, creatives, or distributed marketing teams is a strong plus.
