Role: Fractional Chief Information Officer

Key responsibilities may include:

• Defining and executing an integrated IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Leading digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption
• Overseeing cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance
• Managing IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems
• Optimizing IT operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships
• Providing executive oversight for technology projects and implementations
• Mentoring internal IT teams and fostering a culture of technological innovation
• Advising on data governance, business intelligence, and analytics strategies
• Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all things technology and digital
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness

Key requirements may include:

• Proven experience in IT leadership, architecture, or executive consulting roles
• Track record of successfully managing complex IT environments and driving technological change
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong strategic planning skills and business acumen
• Data-driven mindset with experience using technology metrics to guide decisions
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with C-suite and boards
• Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus
