Open Positions:

1️⃣ Front-End Developer (React)

• Focus: Modern React applications with TypeScript, pixel-perfect UI/UX, responsive design
• Optimise performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly

2️⃣ Full-Stack Developer (MEAN)

• Focus: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js
• Build scalable backend APIs and connect them with Angular front-end applications
• Take ownership of features from database design to deployment

All positions: We’re looking for developers who are responsible for their own tasks and can deliver with minimal supervision, with 10+ years of experience. Autonomy and ownership are key.

What you'll do

Front-End Developer (React):

• Build and maintain modern, responsive React applications (with TypeScript)
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, performant user experiences
• Optimise app performance and accessibility
• Collaborate with backend developers for smooth API integration

Full-Stack Developer (MEAN):

• Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js + Express
• Develop dynamic Angular front-end applications
• Work with MongoDB for database design and queries
• Own features end-to-end from concept to production

For both roles:

• Contribute to marketing-related components when needed
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment cycles
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

What we are looking for

Front-End Developer (React):

• Strong React experience (React 18+, TypeScript preferred)
• Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and modern workflows

Full-Stack Developer (MEAN):

• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and deployment workflows
• Experience building scalable, maintainable applications
• Bonus: TypeScript knowledge

For both roles:

• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and self-driven
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, global team
• Able to take full ownership and accountability of tasks with minimal oversight
