Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

As a UI/UX Developer Intern, you’ll work on real-world projects that blend design precision with modern frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and enhance web UI for improved visual hierarchy and consistency.
• Convert Figma screens into pixel-perfect React components.
• Write clean, semantic HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and responsive layouts.
• Maintain a design system and component library for uniformity.
• Add subtle micro-interactions and animations using Motion or Framer Motion.
• Debug UI issues and ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React (components, props, state management).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Figma for design handoffs and accuracy in implementation.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar styling frameworks.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and UI testing.
• Version control knowledge using Git.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion/Framer Motion or GSAP
• Storybook, Radix UI, or Headless UI
• CSS Modules, Styled Components, or Sass

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate about design and frontend development.
• Has built personal or academic projects showcasing design or UI work.
• Eager to learn and grow in a startup-like, product-focused environment.
• Obsessed with details — typography, colors, spacing, and smooth interactions.
• Graduating around 2026 or later.
