Role Description

This is a remote role for a Webflow Developer. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining websites using Webflow. Day-to-day tasks include creating responsive and visually appealing websites, collaborating with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, optimizing website performance, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves integrating Webflow sites with various back-end services, ensuring quality across different devices and platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building responsive, high-performance websites with Webflow
• Skilled in Back-End + Front- End Development and Figma-to-Webflow conversions
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and integrating APIs or third-party tools
• Experienced with GSAP and other JS libraries for custom animations and interactions
• Strong understanding of SEO, web accessibility, and responsive design best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
