- Analyze required reports and fields slated for recreation to identify the number of data sets required and associated data set structure/security
- Create ingest reports to account for all required fields in the most consolidated data set structure possible
- Create integration schedules for new ingest reports between Workday and Workday Prism
- Build data lineages to facilitate new data sets in Workday Prism
- Establish security structures for new data sets based on accessibility requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or data engineering
- Expertise in Workday including reporting, integrations, and security
- Proficiency in Prism
- Ability to work independently and identify basic problems and procedural irregularities
- Health care experience is a plus
- Experience with Discovery Boards
