About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team and lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to deliver enterprise-grade systems that enhance client experience, streamline trust accounting workflows, and support key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust solutions on Salesforce, Mulesoft, and UiPath platforms.
• Serve as technical lead on complex integration projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Develop and maintain Mulesoft APIs, using RAML, DataWeave, and CloudHub integrations.
• Build and manage RPA solutions leveraging UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define, design, and ship new software capabilities.
• Mentor developers and support code reviews, testing, and documentation standards.
• Ensure all systems meet non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and performance.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in software development with at least 3 years in Salesforce and 2+ in Mulesoft or RPA.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and/or Mulesoft Certified Developer preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Salesforce: Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, declarative tools.
• Mulesoft: API-led connectivity, CloudHub, DataWeave, CI/CD integration.
• RPA: UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub; experience with .NET/C# and RESTful APIs.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming, SQL, web services, and Agile delivery.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for innovation and mentoring others.
