ArmaDEX is building a new generation of decentralized infrastructure — a Layer-1 + DEX with its own ArmaBFT (PoS-BFT) consensus and a deterministic on-chain orderbook.

We are addressing the structural issues that limit current DEX scalability and institutional trust — by designing a system where every trade is deterministic, auditable, and provable.

• Core: Rust / Golang / TypeScript
• Smart Contracts: Solidity (EVM), Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin
• Frameworks: Cosmos SDK or Substrate (experience is a strong plus)
• Infra: gRPC, WASM, BFT consensus mechanisms
• Cryptography: commit–reveal, TEE / ZK attestations, threshold signatures
• Databases: RocksDB / IPFS / Merkle Logs
• DevOps: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Prometheus / Grafana, load testing
• Tooling: EIP-712 typed signatures, SDK & API generation

• Lead the design and development of ArmaDEX core modules — execution, consensus, and risk engine.
• Architect and supervise the implementation of ArmaBFT, ArmaLog, and deterministic replay.
• Manage and mentor a core engineering team (5 developers) ensuring delivery and code quality.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on roadmap, architecture decisions, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with auditors and DevOps teams to meet security and performance targets.
• Contribute to protocol research, governance mechanisms, and scaling optimizations.
  

• 5 + years in blockchain protocol engineering or distributed systems.
• Proven experience with L1/L2 architecture, consensus design, and DEX/risk systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Rust or Golang.
• Deep understanding of BFT algorithms, deterministic execution, and cryptographic primitives.
• Experience leading small, high-performing engineering teams.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Bishkek.
