About The Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated engineering and program management professionals to join our team at the L3Harris Surface & C5 Systems facility in Camden, NJ. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active government-issued security clearance, as this is a mandatory requirement for employment. Relevant experience in systems engineering, software development, electrical design, PCB design, FPGA/VHDL engineering, or project management is highly desirable. Familiarity with defense industry standards, encryption technologies, and cyber security protocols will be advantageous. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate secure encryption systems and solutions in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, systems engineering, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Lead or support system architecture development, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness of encryption products.
- Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and testing activities to verify system integrity and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, test procedures, and project progress for regulatory and quality assurance purposes.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to encryption, cybersecurity, and defense systems to continually enhance product offerings.
- Adhere to all security protocols and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
