We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior CRM Manager to join our growing team in Ta Xbiex, Malta.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end CRM campaign management across multiple brands, driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will lead a team of CRM professionals, optimise lifecycle marketing strategies, and leverage data insights to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, brief, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
  • Align campaigns with the overall marketing, retention, and customer journey strategies.
  • Design and implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Create and present detailed reports and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the CRM team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, product, analytics, and design to ensure effective execution.
  • Manage budgets and promotional spending, ensuring cost-efficient resource allocation.
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve CRM strategies, tools, and operational processes.
  • Contribute to broader CRM initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand performance.


Requirements

  • Language: Native or fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM campaign strategy, execution, and analytics.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, retention marketing, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI-driven initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, improvement, and data-led decision-making.
