Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in designing digital learning, education, or SaaS-based products. You’ll help conceptualize, design, and prototype intuitive user journeys that simplify complex interactions and deliver exceptional learning experiences.

You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams to design elegant, user-centered solutions that align with modern design standards and user expectations in the learning and talent development space.

Responsibilities

• Translate user insights and product goals into intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life and maintain pixel-perfect quality.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to enhance the overall experience.
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, and simplicity across all user interactions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, color, and typography.
• Experience designing for learning, HR tech, or enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Ability to balance creativity with functional usability.

Nice To Have

• Exposure to AI-driven or data-driven product design.
• Understanding of learning science, gamification, or behavioral design.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
