About The Role
Join one of the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in Atlanta to build the kind of Sales and GTM teams that change the company's trajectory! As our

If you’re a magnetic communicator with sharp instincts, a data-driven toolkit, and a knack for turning “maybe” into “where do I sign?”, this is your stage.
You Are
- A true GTM talent hunter who knows the differences between BDRs, AEs, CSMs, RevOps, MMs, and Partnerships - and how to source, assess, and close each profile.
- An objection handler and closer , comfortable navigating compensation conversations, counteroffers, and timing to land the right candidates with confidence.
- Fast-paced, curious, and adaptable , experimenting with AI sourcing tools and new tactics, and refining your approach based on feedback and outcomes.
- Action-biased and accountable , owning results end to end and moving with urgency without sacrificing quality.

- Source and engage A-player candidates through creative multi-channel outreach, storytelling, and Crisp-level candidate experiences that reflect our brand standards.
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
