🌟 About the Role
Xtroit is looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team of innovators. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges. You’ll work closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate intelligent systems into production environments — from concept to deployment.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and believes in the power of AI to automate and enhance everyday workflows.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and develop proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models across various domains — including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Implement RAG techniques and vector databases to enhance information retrieval and improve LLM performance.
- Work with engineering teams to integrate models seamlessly into production systems.
- Automate repetitive workflows and business processes using LLMs and custom AI solutions.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract insights that guide model design and optimization.
- Monitor and optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Strong grasp of Agentic AI concepts — including autonomous reasoning, planning, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Experience with Agentic AI platforms such as CrewAI, n8n, LangChain, AutoGen, FlowiseAI, Relevance AI, or OpenDevin.
- Proficiency in Python (and optionally R).
- Practical experience with major ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, and how they enhance LLM performance.
- Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to identify, train, and deploy the right AI/ML models for diverse business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
