Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Static Ads Graphic Designer.

As our Static Ads Designer, you'll be the creative force behind high-converting direct response ads that drive sales on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your designs won't just look good—they'll be engineered to stop the scroll, build belief, and convert cold traffic into customers.

Day-to-Day

• Designing static ad creatives optimized for performance (hooks, benefits, before/after, comparison charts)
• Creating pre-lander graphics and landing page visuals that support our conversion funnels
• Collaborating with our media buyer and copywriter to test new angles and creative concepts
• Designing product imagery, lifestyle shots with benefit overlays, and UGC-style graphics
• Iterating quickly based on performance data—what converts stays, what doesn't gets killed
• Ensuring all designs align with our brand voice: trustworthy, empathetic, science-backed, parent-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing direct response ads (Meta/Facebook ads strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of creating static ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven design principles
• Portfolio showcasing high-performing static ads, not just branding work
• Experience designing for sales funnels (pre-landers, landing pages, advertorials)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and consumer psychology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you'll work closely with our marketing team
• Bonus: Experience in health/wellness, supplements, nutrition niche
