About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of our sports analytics platform. This role requires an individual with a passion for creating visually compelling, high-performance mobile applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the frontend architecture, implementing complex UI overlays, and integrating camera and video functionalities essential for real-time sports analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates architectural best practices, and is eager to transform sophisticated designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers, contributing to the overall product vision and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter development, with a proven track record of delivering production-quality iOS applications.
- Strong proficiency in translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect Flutter code with meticulous attention to detail.
- Extensive experience working with camera and video functionalities within mobile applications, including video processing, overlays, and real-time annotations.
- Solid understanding of data visualization libraries such as fl_chart or custom painting techniques for interactive and dynamic visualizations.
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, BLoC pattern, dependency injection, and state management best practices.
- Experience working with backend-as-a-service platforms like Supabase or similar solutions.
Specialized Skills
- Expertise in customizing video players and implementing advanced media controls for seamless user interaction.
- Proficiency in real-time data visualization, including interactive charts and dynamic overlays.
- Knowledge of camera APIs, media compression, and media optimization techniques for efficient performance.
- Experience with cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3 for media and data management.
- Understanding of WebSocket protocols and real-time data streaming technologies.
- Familiarity with 3D graphics, mathematical visualizations, or AR development is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced development cycles with rapid iteration and continuous delivery.
