• Own the global IT and infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security across all business units.
• Lead teams in enterprise systems, data governance, and compliance — balancing innovation with discipline.
• Partner with engineering, security, and product leadership to build systems that support hyper-growth and global operations.
• Develop IT governance models that are future-ready while maintaining operational excellence today.
• Build a world-class IT organization — recruiting, mentoring, and scaling top talent across multiple geographies.
• Represent technology infrastructure and governance in board-level and investor discussions.

• Proven executive leadership (CIO, CTO, or senior IT leadership roles) in a scaled enterprise or high-growth technology company.
• Experience running global infrastructure at scale (tens of millions of users, or multi-region operations).
• Expertise in cloud strategy, data centers, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (data privacy, security compliance, global IT standards).
• A track record of building lean, high-performing teams that can move fast without breaking discipline.
• Strong boardroom presence — able to translate technical strategies into language that resonates with investors, partners, and executives.
