About Us:

At True Path Leads, we're building the next generation of performance marketing infrastructure. Our proprietary lead management system is built for scale — processing high volume of pings and leads per day in real-time. We're rapidly expanding and now need a highly capable Back End Python Developer to help build and scale our lead processing engine and supporting tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale a mission-critical lead processing system using Python and FastAPI
• Own the architecture and development of key backend and API components using Clean Architecture and SOLID principles
• Design and implement real-time data handling with Kafka and SQL (PerconaDB and Clickhouse)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define and deliver new features
• Integrate with affiliate networks, CRMs, and external APIs (REST and webhook-based)
• Deploy and monitor services in AWS (EKS) using modern DevOps workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in Python, ideally with FastAPI or other modern frameworks
• Strong SQL experience (MySQL, PerconaDB, Clickhouse); comfortable with complex queries and data modeling
• Solid understanding of Kafka, event-driven architectures, and real-time data pipelines
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and scalable backend services
• Experience implementing SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
• Proficiency in front-end development is a plus
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (EKS, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools and telemetry (e.g., Prometheus, Loki)
• Bonus: Experience in performance marketing, lead gen platforms, or affiliate systems
