POSITION SUMMARY:
Have overall responsibility of store operation, store performance and staff productivity management of assigned area/stores.
Realize sales strategy in field to achieve sales target and maximize profit including increasing standards of customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Sales Target Achievement
- Lead the assigned stores in achieving sales target
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales data, analyze sales figures and store KPIs, and seek opportunities for sales increase
- Provide guidance on various sales & marketing promotional activities based on data analysis
Store management
- Plan/follow regular store visit, and is responsible for supervising daily operation of stores
- Ensure all stores are in compliance with quality standards and guideline including daily store management, product and inventory, POS and VM etc.
- Manage implementation of store opening, relocation, expansion, and closing, if required
Customer Service Standard
- Monitor and support quality standard of customer relations are met including VIP, customer complaints, difficult customer handling
Market Intelligences
- Monitor and report competitors’ sales, promotional activities and overall market trend, etc.
- Collect relevant facts and data from market and shape them into trend and insight, and eventually into sales activities
Store Manpower Management
- Monitor store managers performance, and conducting appraisals
- Support to maintain optimal no. of store staffs. Provide store staff’s coaching/counseling for motivation and collaboration or organizing training/development, if required
- Maintain employment records and data of store managers and staffs
Communication/Reporting
- Timely report any issues or problems of store management or store manager’s performance
- Co-work with related teams to increase effectiveness of store operation. Deliver store staffs’ opinion and feedback to back office as a communication channel
