For this engagement, we’re staffing a Webflow Developer to join one of our client’s teams, where you’ll be working on impactful projects that combine creativity, technology, and user-centered design.

Role Overview

As a Webflow Developer at CodingIT, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and e-commerce flows in Webflow. This role blends creativity with technical implementation: you’ll partner with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency, usability, and business impact, while integrating Webflow with e-commerce, CRMs, and automation tools. You’ll ensure every deliverable is responsive, visually polished, optimized for conversions, and compliant with accessibility standards.

🔧 Tech Stack

Must-Have:

• Webflow (Designer, CMS, Interactions, Animations; Client-First framework)
• HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for Webflow customization
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• UX/UI principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG; HIPAA compliance awareness)
• SEO fundamentals within Webflow.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content for mobile/desktop.
• Experience integrating Webflow with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for Webflow and emerging AEO best practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Create responsive Webflow websites, product pages, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure typography, color, imagery, and tone follow brand standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, design, and copywriting teams to launch, test, and optimize web assets.
• E-Commerce Integration: Connect Webflow with Shopify/Stripe to ensure smooth checkout and tracking flows.
• Automation & Tools: Configure integrations between Webflow and CRMs, email marketing platforms, analytics, and internal systems.
• Optimize for Conversion: Apply CRO principles, analyze data, and iterate to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain & Update: Manage content updates, bug fixes, and page improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Test across browsers/devices, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with Webflow releases, UX/UI trends, SEO/AEO, and e-commerce best practices.

📌 Preferred Qualifications

• +5 years of web development experience designing, front-end code, and building responsive sites in Webflow using a Client-First framework (portfolio required).
• Strong visual and graphic design capabilities (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition.
• Experience integrating Webflow with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for Webflow customization.
• Clear, concise communicator who can rally cross-functional teams around problems and outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
