Responsibilities
Linux Cloud Compute engineer in the Infrastructure Operations organization.
Monitor, manage and maintain the Linux, Compute, Storage, AWS and GCP resources.
Administer systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance, and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks.
Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and drive platform improvements.
Qualifications (Minimum 5-8 Years)
At least should have 3-5+ years of experience in AWS and Google cloud administration/operations/services such as EC2, EKS, GKS, Compute Engine.
Understanding of cross-platform (Windows and Linux) systems within an enterprise environment - preferably Linux.
Strong experience in scripting languages like Python, Go and Terraform for automation/administrative purposes.
Experience with version control tools such as GitHub.
Must be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills complimenting a passion for learning/sharing information from and with peers.
