We are currently seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a large global company on a 9–12 month /full-time engagement through FosterThomas, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role with our client. This is a remote role with occasional onsite meetings in Hackettstown, NJ.
Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support for ADP Workforce Now.
· Manage and maintain HRIS data integrity, performing data loads, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
· Troubleshoot system and data issues, providing timely resolutions and communicating outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
· Support both implementation projects and business-as-usual tasks, including data migrations, configuration updates, and reporting.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure alignment and seamless data flow between systems.
· Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and understanding of downstream data impact.
· Proactively identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
· Adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience working with ADP Workforce Now.
· Familiarity with ADP Vantage, particularly within talent, performance, and compensation modules, is ideal.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
· Solid background in HR, payroll, and benefits, with a clear understanding of how they intersect and impact system processes.
· Proven ability to handle data-heavy work, audits, and troubleshooting with a high attention to detail.
· Experience supporting both implementation and operational HRIS tasks, including data migrations and SOP documentation.
· Technically adept and system-savvy, able to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — must be proactive, transparent, and collaborative.
· Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, operate independently, and contribute effectively in a team environment.
· Experience with audit processes and an understanding of downstream data implications.
· Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Hackettstown, NJ, as required.

This is a full-time, virtual role with monthly in-office meetings you will need to attend at the Hackettstown, NJ office.
