Mobile AI Systems Developer (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for a mobile developer with React Native (and Expo) experience to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered solutions. This is a junior to mid-level role, working directly under our Lead AI Systems Developer. Our company was founded over 20 years ago, providing stability, but we take a startup-style approach to AI, moving fast and innovating on how CRM tools can transform the RV and auto dealer space. Our team is growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us.

Pay Range: $90,000 – $110,000

Location: Fully Remote

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain our new CRM mobile application based on our desktop tools.
• Integrate our AI tools into the mobile application.
• Potentially work on other AI related projects as business needs arise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of production-grade experience with React Native.
• Solid understanding of Python, having preferably worked on production Python products.
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts and the underlying mechanics of large language models (LLMs).
• Prompt engineering skills.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor) while avoiding pitfalls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle unique challenges.
• Familiarity with version control tools.
• Ability to write clean, self-documenting, maintainable code.
• AWS experience is not an absolute requirement but is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of unit testing practices.
• Containerization (Docker).
