Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 1-2 junior Amazon specialists in daily tasks
- Load, manage, and optimize content on the entire Amazon catalog to include title, description, bullets, images, A+ content, and company store
- Review category strategies of competitors, and other retailers, to ensure success of our listings
- Forecasting sales and ensuring adequate inventory is in the pipeline to cover daily sales, tent pole events, and other initiatives
- Conduct audits of AMS, DSP, and other paid search spend to ensure ROAS / ACoS targets are met
- Identify and enforce IMAP across the product line to ensure price integrity
- Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, suppressions, BSR, customer reviews, LBB%, and pricing
- Maintain control of advertising budgets, and execution of objections to meet KPIs
- Analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve visibility and performance
- Identify and present new opportunities and areas of growth that will improve ability to achieve desired outcomes
- Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by clear data, and present actionable recommendations to management
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders and provide detailed reporting and analysis of results to determine effectiveness of new initiatives
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer E-Commerce, specifically on Amazon
- Experience managing content, buy box, IMAP, and the overall catalog on Amazon
- Experience selling on 3P and understanding of best practices and trends
- Experience leading a minimal number of brands (less than 5), with deep understanding on how to grow those brands
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bonus Points:
- Search engine and E-Commerce platform certifications
- Experience with Amazon in other countries outside of the US and Canada
- Previous experience leading a team
