🌿 About Us

Sarah Ali Philanthropy Inc. is where meaning meets mastery. We help movements, nonprofits, and mission-driven people raise more money, generate more advocates, and fulfill their missions with heart and excellence. We blend strategy and soul to grow purpose-driven philanthropy from the roots up.

We don’t believe in transactional fundraising. We believe in storytelling that moves people. Stewardship that feels like care. And campaigns that bloom into movements.

If you’re a performance marketer who can blend analytics with empathy — who wants to use your technical skill to drive real-world change — we’d love to meet you.

💼 About the Role

As a PPC & Programmatic Advertising Specialist, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable fundraising growth and supporter engagement.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms, building full-funnel ad ecosystems that acquire, convert, and retain donors.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and copywriters to turn audience insights into ads that don’t just perform, they move people to act.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid search, display, video, and social ad campaigns for multiple nonprofit clients.
  • Translate campaign objectives (acquisition, reactivation, monthly giving, legacy lead gen) into performance-focused media plans.
  • Implement and manage budgets, bids, targeting, and A/B testing across channels.
  • Write or guide high-converting ad copy, headlines, and creative briefs for design.
  • Build remarketing and lookalike segments to deepen engagement and lifetime value.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and report on KPIs: CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, CPM, CAC:LTV, donor conversion, and retention.
  • Use Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to assess performance.
  • Conduct audience and keyword research to guide ongoing optimization.
  • Diagnose funnel drop-offs and recommend CRO improvements for landing pages and donation forms.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance attribution accuracy and cross-channel insight.

Programmatic & Emerging Media

  • Set up and manage campaigns across DV360 or equivalent DSPs.
  • Recommend and test new channels, ad formats, and audience types (native, OTT, connected TV, etc.) based on campaign goals.
  • Maintain compliance with platform policies and data privacy standards (GDPR, CASL).

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with copywriters, designers, and strategists to align creative with targeting.
  • Present insights and optimizations to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay current on nonprofit digital trends, algorithms, and new ad technologies.

🧩 Who You Are

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing PPC or programmatic campaigns, ideally for nonprofits, social causes, or purpose-driven brands.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and funnel dynamics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker Studio.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and UTM frameworks.
  • Confident managing budgets of $10K–$200K+ across channels.
  • Analytical and structured, but creative enough to test and iterate on messaging and visuals.
  • Values clarity, integrity, and measurable impact over vanity metrics.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Basis, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Ad Grants or nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
  • Experience with LookerStudio, DashThis or other reporting platforms.
  • Experience with TrueRoas, TripleWhale, AdRoll, Supermetrics, and other more.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Beacon, RaisersEdge NXT, and other nonprofit CRMs.
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic certification.

💖 What You Value

  • Purpose over profit. People over platforms. Growth over perfection.
  • Equity, inclusion, and justice as non-negotiables.
  • Clear communication and beautiful, meaningful work.

✨ What We Offer

  • Salary range: $60,000–$85,000 CAD annually, based on experience and skill.
  • A fully remote, flexible, and human-centred work environment
  • Opportunities for mentorship, growth, and advancement
  • A team that cares about our work, our clients, and each other
  • Generous leave policy and built-in rest periods
  • Technology and professional development funds
