🎯 Your Mission
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies supporting PSI’s global expansion.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and content marketing across Europe and other key markets.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, and offline) and ensure a consistent global brand voice.
- Lead SEO, paid media, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.
- Analyse results and market insights to continuously optimise marketing performance and ROI.
- Ensure brand alignment with PSI’s corporate identity and international growth objectives.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally with international or multi-market exposure.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural audiences, analytics, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach; real estate or lifestyle industry experience is a plus.
