Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German-speaking)

Join a dynamic international team where you'll help top advertisers boost their digital performance. As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, youll design and implement smart optimization strategies across Google Ads and other online platforms, turning insights into measurable growth.
What You'll Do
- Optimize campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Mobile.
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget strategies.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and report on KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights and drive client success.
- 1+ year of experience in Google Ads (mandatory!)
- Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Competitive salary + Language bonus: 3240 EUR + Target bonus: 5%.
