The Role

As Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of complex, intelligent web applications — balancing intuitive interfaces with technical sophistication. You’ll work closely with the founding team (CEO, CTO, and Product Lead) to design seamless user experiences that make advanced AI orchestration accessible and empowering.

You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the company’s design language, shaping workflows, and laying the groundwork for a future design team and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, elegant interfaces for a complex AI workflow platform
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in tools such as Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions
• Develop a cohesive visual and interaction design system across web and mobile
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in an agile setup
• Help establish and evolve the company’s design culture from the ground up

About You

• 5+ years of UI/UX experience designing for complex web applications
• A portfolio showcasing high-impact product design across multiple platforms
• Skilled in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of accessibility, rapid prototyping, and iterative design
• Experience or strong interest in AI-first platforms, workflow-based interfaces, or text/LLM interactions
• Confident communicator who can bridge creative and technical discussions
• Based in London or open to relocation (onsite role only)
