Job Description

We’re looking for a new team member to join the ITOP – ERP Team! We’re seeking someone to support us in our daily work related to the maintenance and development of our business systems. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to grow in the field of ERP system administration and support, gain project experience, and learn from more experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Business systems administration (as an additional administrator): managing licenses, users, permissions, and configurations; ensuring system continuity and performance; developing systems using available tools; preparing reports and summaries.
  • User support: consulting and assisting users in daily system operations; troubleshooting (1st and 2nd line support); escalating issues to vendors and coordinating their resolution.
  • Participation in development and implementation projects for business systems.
  • Handling tickets in the Helpdesk system.
  • Creating and updating IT and project documentation.
  • Preparing and conducting user training sessions.
  • Carrying out programming or analytical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Around 9–12 months of experience working with business systems (internships or traineeships also count).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Enova, MS Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP system administration (permissions, configuration).
  • Ability to provide user support (1st and 2nd line).
  • Familiarity with Jira for ticket management.
  • Basic analytical and technical skills (reporting, integrations, documentation).
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level (reading documentation, communicating with vendors).

Additional Information

Working mode

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
