We are looking for 5 Service Desk Analysts / Desktop Support Engineers for a project of Australian client.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with remote tools
  • Good communication in English
  • Preferred certifications: AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Working Shift: Rotational shifts as per roster, aligned with Australian business hours
