Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with remote tools
- Good communication in English
- Preferred certifications: AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation
- Working Shift: Rotational shifts as per roster, aligned with Australian business hours
