Marketing Co-Ordinator (Work From Home) in AUSTRALIA

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help lead and grow the marketing for our two brands — Service Success Network and Service Core.


  • Service Success Network helps trades and home service businesses grow profitable, systemised operations through training, coaching, and events.
  • Service Core is our new CRM platform built specifically for tradies — helping them automate follow-ups, manage communication, and scale their business with confidence.


This is an opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy marketer who loves variety, from designing content and campaigns to building out full workflows that generate leads and nurture customers.


You won’t manage ad accounts directly (we have an agency for that), but you’ll own the creative direction, marketing execution, and lead-generation systems behind what goes live.


What You’ll Do
  • Plan, write, and design marketing campaigns for both brands
  • Create engaging social media content (graphics, carousels, stories, etc.) for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Write captions and schedule posts to keep our pages active and on-brand
  • Refresh our social presence with consistent, professional visuals and messaging
  • Coordinate with our video editor to ensure brand consistency across all video content
  • Design and write email and SMS campaigns for promotions, events, and follow-ups
  • Create lead magnets (eBooks, guides, checklists) from concept to design
  • Build GoHighLevel workflows for lead generation funnels — including landing pages, automations, and nurture sequences
  • Drive leads for both brands through creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Promote our quarterly events, working closely with the team to plan campaigns, create promotional content, and manage attendee communication
  • Collaborate with our ad agency to brief new creative and review campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) — comfortable building funnels, forms, and automations.
  • Skilled with Canva (or similar tools) and confident in copywriting for ads, emails, and social media.
  • Understanding of lead generation and event marketing.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns with minimal oversight.
  • Based in Australia (required).


Details
  • 20 hours per week (flexible days).
  • Fully remote – work from home.
  • Around $40/hour depending on experience.
  • Ongoing role with room to grow as both brands expand.
  • Can be employed part-time or contracted (ABN + invoices).
