As a family-owned multinational company with roots since 1947, we’re growing fast across the EU and US and looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who blends strategy, creativity, and data insight to take our digital presence to the next level.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple markets and platforms.
- Build and optimize digital funnels that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion incl. A/B testing.
- Oversee eCommerce initiatives and ensure consistent high-quality brand storytelling.
- Manage and scale paid media (Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Omnichannel activities) with a focus on ROI.
- Drive content creation for social, video, email, banners, and websites.
- Ensure content meets high standards of language and design by assessing how well it sounds and looks, guiding improvements that maximize clarity and audience engagement.
- Analyze performance data and define KPIs to allow for data-driven decisions and budget allocation.
- Stay ahead of trends and introduce innovative digital ideas that move the business forward.
- Gain regulatory awareness: understand the boundaries of digital marketing in pharma (claims, approvals, compliance).
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, balancing team oversight with active, hands-on participation in core responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with the entire marketing department and cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
Your Profile:
- Min. Bachelors Degree in relevant subject.
- English is your native language and you have the ability to critically assess and improve written materials for flow, tone, and structure.
- Additional European Languages are plus.
- 5+ years hand-on experience running digital marketing campaigns and data analysis.
- Proven track record in paid media management and multi-channel content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented - you take ownership and make things happen.
