What You'll Own

🧬 AI-Biology Integration

  • Design neural differential equation frameworks to model biological systems at scale
  • Build physics-informed neural networks for pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic simulation
  • Integrate molecular dynamics with deep learning for drug-target interaction prediction

🤖 Autonomous AI Systems

  • Develop AI agents that reason over scientific literature and experimental data
  • Create retrieval-augmented systems for hypothesis generation and experimental design
  • Build conversational interfaces that make complex biophysical modeling accessible to researchers

âš¡ Production ML Infrastructure

  • Deploy distributed training systems across GPU/TPU clusters for large-scale biological models
  • Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous model improvement and A/B testing
  • Scale inference systems to handle real-time molecular simulation queries

Ideal Background

Must Have:

  • 4+ years production ML experience with PyTorch/JAX
  • Strong mathematical foundation (differential equations, numerical methods, optimization)
  • Experience with biological/chemical datasets OR strong willingness to learn domain quickly
  • Track record building novel architectures from research papers to production


Highly Valued:

  • Neural ODE/PDE implementation experience or physics-informed ML
  • AI agent development (LangChain, LangGraph, autonomous reasoning systems)
  • Computational biology, drug discovery, or scientific computing background
  • PhD in quantitative field (Applied Math, Physics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science)
