The Role

As Global Head of Technology & AI Architecture, you will play a defining role in shaping the company’s next-generation technology architecture. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Information Officer, you will lead a worldwide community of senior architects, solution strategists and domain experts to deliver a unified enterprise architecture vision.

This highly influential position carries full strategic accountability for the modernization of existing systems, the integration of AI and advanced analytics, and the establishment of robust architecture governance across all global business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global enterprise architecture and AI enablement strategy, balancing modernization with speed and stability.
• Lead and inspire a distributed global architecture organization, fostering collaboration and shared standards across regions.
• Drive the integration of AI, agentic technologies and data-driven capabilities into the enterprise core to enable new business models and operational excellence.
• Oversee the modernization of large-scale SAP / S 4HANA / hybrid-cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance, frameworks and design standards across business units and regions.
• Partner with global business and IT leadership to align technology decisions with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group Executive Committee, providing insight on emerging technologies, AI innovation and architecture evolution.

Your Profile

You are an internationally experienced technology leader who thrives on complexity and transformation. You combine strategic foresight with the ability to execute pragmatically across diverse organizations and cultures.

Core Qualifications

• Proven executive-level experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy or large-scale digital transformation, ideally within multinational corporations or top-tier consulting firms.
• Demonstrated success in modernizing legacy environments and leading Brownfield transformations at scale.
• Deep expertise in SAP / S 4HANA, data and AI architecture, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Strong track record in leading global, multicultural teams and influencing senior stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent strategic communication and stakeholder-management skills at C-Suite level.
• Fluent English (US or UK English proficiency); additional European languages advantageous.
