As we grow, we're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to help shape the future of our conversational AI platform.

About the Role: 

We’re building the next-generation, enterprise-grade conversational AI platform, and we need an AI Engineer (4+ years of experience) to lead the development, fine-tuning, and scaling of our AI agent stack.

You will design and train agents that can reason, follow complex workflows, and improve through experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining architecture, model training, systems design, and mentorship.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and build end-to-end AI infrastructure for large-scale applications including model deployment, orchestration, and monitoring
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices for integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, ASR, TTS, embeddings, etc) into production environments
• Implement caching, context management, and vector databases for efficient memory and retrieval systems.
• Develop robust prompt frameworks and dynamic context-building pipelines for conversational and generative AI use cases.
• Optimize prompt chaining, multi-turn dialogue management, and persona consistency.
• Experiment with model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context windows to improve accuracy and personalization.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.) and open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.).
• Fine-tune models for domain-specific applications using supervised or reinforcement learning techniques.
• Implement monitoring tools to measure and improve performance, latency, and reliability.
• Design dashboards and monitoring tools for performance metrics and job status
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to quickly transition from prototype to production
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of Software Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proven experience building and deploying AI infrastructure or production-level ML pipelines
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and context memory design
• Experience creating agents for real-world applications
• Expertise in LLM fine-tuning and ComfyUI custom workflow development
• Proficiency in deploying GPU-accelerated infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Deep understanding of distributed processing and concurrency (async, threading, multiprocessing)
• Clean, high-quality coder with rapid iteration skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a history of exceeding expectations
