Overview:
We are seeking three (3) Mid-to-Senior Level GCP Engineers to support a federal government client. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible employment options (W2 or 1099). Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance or be eligible for sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for government clients.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GCP services with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and automation processes.
- Ensure compliance with government and security standards.
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, VPC, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar).
- Experience supporting or working with federal or government clients preferred.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain (sponsorship available).
