The Impact You’ll Make:
Strategic B2B Marketing Leadership
- Design and execute integrated B2B and DTC marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across targeted areas
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, account-based strategies, and enterprise growth targets.
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence efforts to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic connector across departments – working with various teams to ensure marketing is embedded in every corner of the business.
- Translate complex industry concepts into compelling narratives tailored to executive-level decision-makers.
Brand & Employer Positioning
- Partner with the people and talent team to shape and amplify the organization’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent and reinforce our culture story.
- Develop messaging and campaigns that position as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and strategic partners – and a compelling opportunity for investors.
Performance & Budget Optimization
- Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and continuously refine strategies for greater impact.
Light Team Leadership
- Manage and support a small, but mighty team (1–2 direct reports), providing hands-on guidance while remaining deeply involved in strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
