The Opportunity

FAIRWAYiQ is hiring a Growth Marketing Director to own and scale our entire demand generation function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.


You’ll design and execute a modern marketing engine across paid media, organic content, email marketing, and the website — with a clear focus on driving qualified pipeline, lowering CAC, and improving marketing ROI.


This is an ideal role for a data-driven, AI-native marketer who thrives on autonomy and accountability, loves testing and iteration, and wants to help shape the future of a growing company.


Responsibilities

  • Own all digital acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting
  • Manage and continually optimize the FAIRWAYiQ website for conversion, SEO, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute organic content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, and other assets optimized for SEM
  • Build and manage email marketing and lead nurturing programs to convert interest into qualified pipeline
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, Zapier, etc.) to scale creative output and efficiency
  • Implement lead scoring, tracking, and attribution in ActiveCampaign and GA4
  • Build and maintain dashboards for CPL, CAC, and pipeline attribution
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align campaigns and messaging with live pipeline priorities


Requirements

  • Proven experience as the primary growth operator at a B2B SaaS or tech company under $10M ARR
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, email automation, and conversion optimization
  • Skilled in Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and website management tools (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce)
  • Experienced with marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar
  • Comfortable using AI and modern automation to create content, test creative, and improve results
  • Strong analytical mindset and fluency in CAC, payback, and pipeline metrics
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for golf or familiarity with the game and its culture preferred. Experience in the golf industry is a plus but not required
