Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead their online and offline marketing presence, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility across multiple touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand perception in a fast-growing market and take ownership of creative campaigns that truly make an impact.
THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO KUWAIT.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine social media, digital, and offline channels (events, activations, print, PR, etc.)
✅ Manage end-to-end content creation – from campaign ideation to production of visuals, videos, and copy
✅ Oversee and grow all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across audiences
✅ Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and collaborations
✅ Build and nurture strong online communities, engaging directly with followers and brand advocates
✅ Collaborate with influencers, partners, media, and internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
✅ Monitor trends, analytics, and KPIs to evaluate success and continuously optimize performance
Requirements
🔹 Proven experience in social media and marketing management, ideally across both online and offline channels
🔹 Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
🔹 Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and scheduling/analytics platforms
🔹 Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and using insights to drive growth
🔹 Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
🔹 Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with independence and attention to detail
