What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing UK-based wellness brand redefining the functional health space, is seeking a Email Designer to own and elevate their email strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging and conversion-driven email experiences that excite customers and strengthen the brand’s identity as it continues rapid growth across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing, on-brand email templates from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team to create engaging layouts that drive retention and conversion.
• Develop design systems and templates to streamline email production and ensure visual consistency.
• Support web design needs, including assets for landing pages and on-site promotions.
• Stay on top of digital design and ecommerce trends, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital or Email Designer, ideally within ecommerce or DTC environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work with a focus on email and web.
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
• Excellent visual hierarchy, layout, and typography skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience building email templates inside email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with light video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of growth marketing or CRM performance data.
• Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer health brands.
