Systems Engineer

  • Location: Fully Remote (must work PST hours)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (on-call as needed)
  • Pay: $40-$55/hr
  • Contract: 3 month contract, potential for extension


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users across various webinar and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, ON24).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to access, email delivery, and user permissions within integrated systems.
  • Manage and respond to support tickets via Slack and other internal communication tools.
  • Assist with adding users to systems such as Sales Cloud and resolving related access issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of virtual events.
  • Maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent support needs outside standard hours.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with webinar/event platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with internal ticketing systems (Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work PST hours and respond to on-call needs during evenings/weekends.
  • Experience supporting internal users in a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce or Sales Cloud (user management, access issues).
  • Prior exposure to virtual event production or support.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
