Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems across Python, TypeScript, and SQL. To drive architecture, integrations, and performance for a fast-moving AI automation platform.

This is an opportunity to own major technical initiatives, shape the roadmap, and help guide a small, high-performing team as we enter a new phase of platform growth.

What You’ll Do

This role is roughly 80% technical / 20% leadership. You’ll ship production-grade code while influencing engineering direction and best practices.

• Design and implement scalable systems across the full stack (Python, TypeScript, SQL)
• Lead feature and architecture planning, writing specs for major components
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers
• Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of core systems
• Review code, mentor developers, and uphold engineering quality standards
• Communicate progress and technical risks with leadership
• Act as a mini–product owner: understand user needs, propose roadmap items, and drive execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer building enterprise-grade products
• Strong experience in Python, TypeScript, and SQL (plus exposure to Node.js, React, or cloud infrastructure)
• Proven record of solving complex technical problems in fast-paced environments
• Passion for mentoring, system design, and building high-impact software

Additional Details

• Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Austin, TX)
