About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle and work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver world-class software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with thorough testing.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
- Proven experience (0-3 years) as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of third-party services.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
