Job Description
The key responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with internal & external stakeholders to understand and deliver university business requirements.
Coordinate system analysis and develop specifications to support business processes and technical implementations.
Draft cost-effective business cases and solution proposals.
Research and implement system-based processes for efficiency, such as cloud migration.
Manage system upgrades, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Stay updated on technical impacts of regulatory changes, addressing privacy and cyber-security implications.
Manage functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to meet deadlines.
Implement new system-based procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should possess:
A tertiary qualification or least three years of relevant & equivalent experience.
High-level analytical skills and expertise in university enterprise applications such as Technology One Student System, Blackboard, or Dynamics 365.
Ability to work with data analysis tools and develop reports, dashboards, and data models.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, stakeholder management, and a commitment to cultural diversity and workplace principles.
Expertise in Ci & CiA platforms (desired)
Prior experience in the higher education sector (desired)
